We are an independent evangelical church in the centre of Enfield committed to the preaching and teaching of God's Word with the aim of glorifying God by calling and equipping people of all ages to be fully devoted followers of our Lord Jesus Christ. Gathered from a diversity of backgrounds we value our unity in the Lord Jesus and make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bonds of peace. The church has three pastors who lead the church along with the other elders.Who's Who photos |

Enfield Evangelical Free Church (EEFC) was founded in 1897 as Enfield Town Christian Mission. Its name was changed in 1957 to its present name. More History As an "evangelical" church, EEFC believes that the Bible, as originally given, is in its entirety the Word of God, without error and fully reliable in fact and doctrine. We believe that the death, resurrection, ascension and coming again of the Lord Jesus Christ, are at the heart of true Christian faith; that each individual needs to turn to God in repentance and faith and be born again; and that the Christian faith is to be lived out in a day to day submission to Christ as Lord. The
word "Free" in our name signifies that we are not attached
to any denominational structure. The church is independent and self-governing.
It is affiliated to the FIEC (the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical
Churches) - Aim
